To turn off Windows PowerShell 2.0 on Windows Server 2022, you can use the Remove Roles and Features Wizard or Windows PowerShell cmdlets: 

1. Open Server Manager 
2. Select the server with the feature 
3. Scroll to ROLES AND FEATURES in the right pane 
4. Select Remove Roles and Features from the TASKS list 
5. Select the server on the Server Selection page and click Next 
6. Deselect Windows PowerShell 2.0 Engine under Windows PowerShell on the Features page 
7. Click Next and Remove as prompted 

Disabling PowerShell 2.0 can improve network security by closing a vulnerability point. However, some say that PowerShell is a core component of Windows and should be monitored and hardened instead of removed.
