Issue:

Error is A damaged version NetExtender was detected on your computer, please reinstall NetExtender to fix the problem !

Issue is with Surface book / surface pro devices on Microsoft side.

Resolution:

Turn off the memory integrity setting

Go-To  Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Security > Device Security and then under Core isolation, selecting Core isolation details and turn off.
