To change where a user’s emails are forwarded, a Google Workspace admin can create an email routing rule by going to the Google Admin console > Menu > Apps > Google Workspace > Gmail > Routing and using the recipient address map to specify the original sender and the new forwarding address. This is a secure method for central management and allows for more granular control over email flow than individual user forwarding settings.
